This year, we had to make the difficult decision to increase the cost of camp. Over the past few years, rising expenses and widespread inflation have affected families and organizations alike, increasing the cost of nearly everything involved in running camp.
The price of camp includes, but is not limited to:
✅ Site rental and insurance
✅ Shirts
✅ Transportation to and from camp
✅ Food
✅ Supplies for Arts & Crafts, Games, Badge work, Cooking, etc.
✅ Badges/Patches
✅ Upkeep of Archery Certifications and Equipment
Our largest expense is rental of the school buses. The cost for two buses is $5000+ for the duration of camp.
*Please remember that because our Girl Scout camp is entirely volunteer-run, no one receives financial compensation.

**If you are NOT currently a registered Girl Scout, In addition to the fees above, you will need to register with and pay the $70 registration fees directly to GSNorCal. This fee covers the cost of the required insurance for your child.**

REFUNDS
Mt. Top Day Camp is unable to issue refunds because registration fees are used to secure supplies, site reservations, and program costs that are committed well in advance of camp and cannot be recovered. As a volunteer-run program, we carefully allocate funds to ensure a safe, high-quality experience for all campers. We appreciate your understanding that once registration is completed, all fees are considered final and non-refundable.
DISCOUNTS
Adult Volunteers who are onsite and attend all 5 days of camp, will qualify for a $50 reimbursement. This will be sent to you after the completion of camp.
To qualify for the $50 reimbursement, you must volunteer on-site, at Mt. Madonna for all 5 days, from the start of camp, until camp ends.
There will be no partial reimbursements. If you do not complete your 5 days of volunteering, you will forego your entire reimbursement.
Volunteer Staff Child Discount:
• $50 total for one child
• $75 total for two or more children
Discount amounts are per family, not per child.
